There is another thing I conveniently forgot to mention at the meeting, 
which is important for anyone testing BTRFS this weekend:

BTRFS does not, in any way, support a swap file.  (This has nothign to 
do with swap partitions typically used in Linux installs.  It only 
applies to people who create a swap file instead.)

AFAIK, there is nothing stopping you from adding and turning on a swap 
file on BTRFS.  However, this is likely to result in a corrupt filesystem.
