[Bglug] Macbook to Linux

Hi everyone,

My macbook died last week. I had already decided that when the macbook 
died i would return to linux because i don't like the new apple 
hardware. So time to return to the linux world.

I want to document the transition, so will post updates as email 
messages to the group. If you aren't interested just delete the message.
