[Bglug] RSYNC Inclde or Exclude all for mirror image

What are you trying to do, and what rsync command are you trying to use
to do it?

If you're doing backups you might find it easier to use BackInTime
<https://github.com/bit-team/backintime>.  It can probably be installed
from your distro's repository.
