[Bglug] Online access to physical meeting

Hi all! I was thinking, sometimes people are on the road, and can't
make it to BGLUG when they want to. Maybe we could _always_ have a
Jitsi Meeting with a computer at the physical meeting so that even
when we're hours away we can still join the conversation? It would
also be nice once BGLUG opens up and some people are uncomfortable
with going into a public meeting with many people...

Just a suggestion :D
