[Bglug] Can HAM Radio block or interfere with my gbtel line of sight internet

Hi all,
Every night around the same time we lose internet.
Can a HAM Radio block or interfere with my gbtel line of sight internet ??
Ham operator is just south of me 2,000 Feet, my internet tower is a farmers silo 2 km to the North of me.
